Changes for Nootka Sound area...

Just chatting with some guys at the dock after fishing and they were mentioning that there might be some changes for the limits in the Nootka Sound area starting July 15th? Has anyone heard anything? Went on the DFO website but couldn't find anything.

surfline 1 mile retain only under 77 ferrier,maquinna,lighthouse burdwood etc.. very dumb rule this means we have to catch and release fish till we find two under 77 encounterning more fish means killing more fish once they bleed there good as dead. before we would just keep the first two and theres your limit, now 10 fish later.. 2 under 77 in the box and probably 5 bleeders that die and 3 that make it.[V] dumb any one can just say they caught it elsewhere anyway. like off shore or on the inside.
