Just doing my homework before I start this in a couple of months. i have a couple of buddies that have used a ceramic wax on their boats and the results are amazing.
Has anyone used them before and what brand?

Maybe a dumb question, but what brands did your buddies use?

Bought the Mothers CMX ceramic coating package last winter and never put it on, hope to get it done this winter. I did price it out at a local shop to have it professionally done it was around $1800, might still go that route too not sure.

Used mothers cmx spray after someone else recommended it. Was easy to apply I know very little about wax/ceramic etc but can read a label well enough. Applied in July just pulled the tarp and washed the boat today still beading nicely so I’d call that a win..

The sprays are good as a wax replacement on paint.
I’ve used mothers cmx, mcg’s, griots etc.
it’s nothing like the full treatment done by a pro though.

I've done it to my jeep last fall.(2021) still beading.
Since it's better than normal wax, I put it on a couple of reel spools
And rod guides. Does it let me cast farther? *shrugs*
From my research, the more nanos or graphean the ceramic has
the better.
