has any body done any fishing in Browns Bay area?

Heard thru the grapevine that some are showing up. Anyone confirm.
Looking for a backup plan if Kitty is windy,

I've been out there a couple times in the last week or so. A few boats trolling the area but most guys seemed to be catching only the odd undersized chinook if anything. Didn't seem too hot but hopefully it will change.

Fished lastweek, three under size seen one pulled in low teens .
3 fish on the board at the marine spread out over the last month

Talked to one of the charters out of Browns Bay yesterday said it was slow. However with the fishing picking further up North Island the fish should start moving down soon I hope. []
