Brentwood Bay?

Hello everyone!
Relocating out to the Island from Calgary here at the end of the month. No boat, yet. Have a lot of learning to do about saltwater boats and fishing first.

Tell me about Brentwood Bay please. It looks like it would be pretty sheltered if I was using a small car topper style boat? I've heard that the crabbing and prawning is good there. What about larger flatfish? Not halibut I assume. Other species of good eating bottom fish?

Prawns and salmon, some lings and rock fish.

Usually pretty calm, unless the wind gets going down the inlet. Nothing really in the ways of bottom fish, and Senanus island/henderson point area is an RCA. Not too far of a run to wain rock/satelite channel for some decent salmon. PM if you want any more specific info.

Chinook non retention from August 1st to October 15th I think. Double check that.
