Not my boat but Looks to be a 25” motor on a 20” transom likely using the plate to raise the motor to the correct height but being a 94 I wouldn’t hold my breath on it not having some moisture in that transom. There’s nice options out there for less money with newer power.

100%. Been for sale for a minute or two. That main,although not worth a lot, has a lot of life left in it. I still say those are reliable and efficient motors.
