New 2400 are in the $140-180k range depending how it is outfitted. New MSRP on my 2007 was $122k and that didn’t include electronics or a kicker.

It's confirmed, transom and stringers needs rebuild, another gut. I am hoping to get a service print out of the engine, might be one low cylinder. Don't think its worth 20k, looks like allot of work, and seller is not willing to budge from price...

The $45,000 in the text was from when it was originally posted a few weeks ago. It popped back up today at $40,000. Could well be a scam, but that sort of sloppyness is common on CL and other sites, along with things like spelling errors....
