I was wondering the same thing. But maybe it's just the way the blue paint was masked around the corner?

Also might be to bring the transom up to put a longer leg motor on boat. Did that on my old Malibu.

I flagged this right away, this is a scam but we don't see them in local C/L that much as compared to the US. I would suggest everyone flag it if they open it.
