Boat wax / cleaners

I have developed some black marks on my boat and they are very stubborn to get off. I think they are from the tires used as bumpers at the marina. Does anyone know if I should use a cut wax to get rid of these or what should I do? I want to clean it before I put a final wax coat on the boat for the season.

Use those magic scrubbers by mr clean I think thats who make them works great.

Another thing that might work is P38 or P39,its a marine/RV wax but it is incredible stuff.

Great idea Wolf, that stuff works with everything else why not boats.

Thanks for the tips. I went and tried the magic cloth and it didn't work. It took off the light stuff but not the difficult stuff. One thing that worked with a lot of elbow grease was this stuff called Goof Off. Still looking for something that I don't need to wear my shoulder out scrubbing!

I use black streak remover from west marine.I had some real blackies,took it right off.Very little effort,good luck. DAN
