Boat Tariffs at the border

Are tariffs being imposed at the border now when importing used boats or is it only with new boats?

Used boats as of July 1/18.Did mine last week,3 bill of sales,motor,boat and trailer. Tariff is charged on boat only @ 10%. No duty on anything ,GST on everything,PST on boat and motor,ICBC collects PST on trailer when you register.Trailers newer than 15 years need RIV inspection,mine was 14 1/2 years so Canada Tire did inspection.
