Boat friendly hotel Campbell River

Can anyone suggest a boat friendly hotel or motel in Campbell River? A place that has decent turn around parking for a boat, I can park my boat close to my room for one night. Some place where things won’t get stolen.

Big Rock motel had been used by acquaintances in the past.
It's far enough away from downtown.

Or very close by is the Vista Del Mar - not as nice, but cheaper.

We stop at the Travel Lodge in Comox when we go up. Can park right in front of the room (assuming the parking lot isn't plugged up). Easy walk across the way to a White Spot for diner. My $.02
