Hey guys our trip to winter harbour yielded 30 black cod. Other than the best camp fish tacos ever what are your favourite recipes for black cod?

any body know how to smoke them?

My uncle makes a really good recipe with the black cod, miso black cod.

Only thing is you have to marinate it for like 2 or 3 days so plan ahead

I have hot smoked black cod, it was fabulous. I just used a wet salmon brine. It was the BEST hot smoked fish I have ever eaten.
