Berry's Bait and Tackle Sale

Sale is on this week = they have a couple reels I may be intereseted in:
Trophy XL Tyee reel reg $300 on for $200 and a
Trophy XL QR4.5 reg $430 on for $250.

I an not familiar with these but are these decent reels for the sale price or could I do better??

I have a Trophy xl tyee and it is an awesome reel for the $$, I would definately buy another, only thing I think they could change is have a wider arbour like the Islander, but it is still an awesome reel and works great

Thanks SJ - actually I reread the ad and it says the XL QR4.5 is the "large arbor version".

ALLWAYS shopped at BERRY's for a lot of years, when he sold his boraxed or salted roe for the OCTOBER _+ NOVEMBER coho fishery..GOOD gang of kids.

I agree, the staff are very passionate about fishing and therefore know their stuff. I always try to make it there on the weekend of the sale, grab hot dog, talk to the guys and pick-up some gear. Good times.
