I would use 2 batteries; i start 1 deep cycle. You could use a Blue Sea ACR to manage charging but realize you can hook the ACR up 2 ways; 1 to prioritize charge to the starting battery 1 to prioritize the deep cycle. You need to talk to their support to see which way to go.

This is the same one that I installed last week as well. Also the booster I mentioned previously, is the Noco Genius GB 70. It is currently on sale at Cdn. Tire. $320 on sale for $250. You can get smaller and cheaper Noco's but that's the one I have on board.
