Donalds market at hastings and nanaimo also has the chili bean paste, they have other locations as well. they also have a coconut curry paste that works very well with any white fish or chicken . I use a mix of the sambal olek, sweet thai chili sauce and black bean sauce when I do stir fried prawns or crab in my huge 24" wok on my 80,000 btu single burner stove out on the back deck, it is absolutely awesome. I'll post some picks and the recipe when I get some time.
