I'm really enjoying this thread. Thanks for posting these photo's. Some very interesting ties there for sure!

God Danm those are Schmexy! I would love the details on the stickleback if you dont mind. So I can try my luck at tying a few of them.

No problem that pattern is definitely my go to for cutties, Deadly pattern! the big cutties like this pattern in size 2 about 3 inches long. let me know how it goes for you, their fun to tie aswell.
I use size 2's and 4's mustad for the bigger ones and #6 if the baitfish are small depending on what time of year.
lead wire wrapped around shank
any type of hackle works fine for the tail I like to use greys/olives and black for that.
silver chenille for the body and hackle layed over top length wise with fine gold wire wrapped over hackle and body.
olive marabou for wing.. greys and white are good to
few strans of olive flashbou
for the throat I use either marabou or rabbit red/white
grizzly hackle behind the head
Stick on eyes and couple coats on UV resin or sally Hansen hard as nails works great to and cheaper

Love this fly.I use rabbit crosscut and zonker strips for some jigs I tie.Very easy to work with and durable as well
compared to using marabou.
