Anyone know anything about Coaster mini trawlers?

Here's a link to an ad for a very interesting łittle boat. Anybody have first hand experience with one of these? It's a 23' Coaster mini trawler. I've spoken with the owner and he's asking $1000 for the boat a $1000 for the Diesel engine and another $1000 for the pile of new parts. Looks like a sweet little boat.

I gotta add that I don't know this dude. I just like old boats.

Know nothing, but it looks like a lot of work and expense to fully outfit to cruise at low speed on a 51hp motor. Cheap on fuel though.
