Is the inlet open for sockeye fishing? Limits? If so, any word on whether the fishing is good or bad? Many thanks.

I spoke to Ron Kehl the fisheries supervisor for Port Alberni yesterday, fresh from the meeting and do not expect an opening for the next two weeks. At that time another evaluation will take place.It's not looking good thus far.
