8HP Honda Estimated Value

I'm considering selling this motor (possibly 1997/1998 vintage) that came with a boat I recently purchased. Can't find anything similar currently advertised, so hoping someone here can suggest a reasonable asking price. Thanks.

Does it have a charging system/electric start? $1300 if yes.

Nada guide says $675 USD if it's the pull start long shaft that it looks like. Almost 18 years old! If I was selling it I'd be thinking to list around $850 to generate interest while still allowing a little wiggle room. Prob be happy to get $750?
It does look like its in great shape, but I don't see it selling over max $900. My opinion....
