Yah I know,, quite a few success stories for those that got over feeling sorry for themselves and decided to get after it.
My local band the Cold Lake First Nations is one of the biggest business owners in our area, they actually have a negative unemployment rate on the reservation. Oh there are still those that don’t work but thats regardless of what nationality people are there are some that don’t work. They own service rigs, a catering company, cleaning company a casino, the Marriott hotel, two huge business buildings with 2 quick oil change businesses, wok box, on and on, two car washes, huge business owners they just built a huge new service station with room for 3 other businesses in the building they are busy people. A few years ago when all the self pity idle no more buisness was going on there was maybe 6 of them standing out on the road protesting the rest were to busy working to be bothered. Yah, they figured it out a while ago, you want something, go get it. **** happened it sucked, **** has happened to every nation in the world and in the history of man but people move on.
I told you before stormtrooper I was raised with native people, We have native people in our family some of my closest friends are native people there are no surprises when it comes to their history or plight.
