There’s some FB Mercruiser sites, that are focused on Merc engines. I’m a member of a couple. I’ve seen people looking for these and parts. Maybe someone on there will have a better idea? This would open up your market big time as well.

My guess would be:
Transom shield $1500
Leg (Bravo 2). $3500 as long as it’s still in good shape? Ratio? 2.00:1 and 2.20:1 most common, but it’s a diesel, so maybe 1.8x:1?
Engine?? , these engines have a bit of a bad rap…but I’ve seen some people trying to keep them running. Mostly in Europe

Yep, those engines are the least sought after, in the marine diesel category. You might have to sit on it and wait for a guy who needs one. Which is rare because there's not that many out there.
