We got 6 and hooked 10 from 645 to 9 at sandheads kept away from boats if we could. 55 65 chovy chovy.
2 pushing low 20. Others mid to low teen.

Just lost a nice one on the surface, Screams out line, came up to the surface, turned around towards the boat starting screaming line, I caught up to it the flip, flop flip gone.

one short of a 4 man limit, lost the same amount to seals. couple nice hatch coho in the mix aswell, 37’ 57’ all on herring in tight.

some of the seamanship being put on display out there almost makes a guy sick to his stomach

Man I watched a guy get sealed three times in an hour. Just nuts. One almost got our big guy but I horsed it away. Gave him the ol' stink eye and he f***d off.

Got a Second one that bottomed out my 25lb Scale, it was a white Chin. Caught 330ish, in 220 ft water again at 69ft on the downrigger, black box set at 6. With Anchovie brined in green at the south Arm

Not a lot of reports considering the number of boats. Sounds like fishing is good though. Is it what everyone hoped for?
