Hey mr. Dean.
It is a 1998 Seaswirl. I have owned it since 2001. Spent the first summer w/ it at Sooke, then the next 3 seasons at Prince Rupert. This year will prob make one trip to Sooke, then one to Rupert. It has a 5.7 L chev inboard. 9.9 h.p. Honda kicker. Now have it rigged up w/ Radar, GPS, Depth finder, Electric Downriggers. Added also a fish cleaning platform off the back, and arch. Looks good. Lot of wieght tho. I find i can have 3 friends on it comfortable, any more is a wee bit crowded. Boat runs good, but then again, any boat will w/ good maintanance, etc. It has a cuddy cabin, which to me, is a waste of space, as will never overnite in it. But you certainly could do that if you wanted to. Just not my bag, thats all. It is the first bigger boat I have owned, so cannot speak as an expert, but have seen an awful lot of boats thats people run, and am happy with mine.
