My Buddy has this 15 foot boat that *had* a broken bilge system and sank at the dock due to lots of Tofino rain while we were working on his pursuit down in Victoria. He wants to Sell it

Since then, we rewired most of the boat, replaced both batteries, put in 2 new bilge pumps, as well as a solar panel trickle charge setup. Also Recaulked transom mounting bolts just in case. Boat is Wired for Electric Downriggers, will include base plates, and Rod&Weight holders, Has Lowrance Elite-5 Fish Finder/GPS, Comes with very good condition trailer. 2012 ETEC 40 with 126 hours.

This boat is incredibly seaworthy for a 15, and just well built. It's spent the last 2 summers being used in Tofino. .

Unfortunately, about 4 hours of running later the EMM started to smoke horribly. It may be as simple as Throwing on a new EMM, the 40HP got it running to 30mph, but if you found a 60 EMM that would turn it into a 60. That being said, a sunk motor is always a tossup. I've been waiting on a motor to come up to repower it, 40-70 is perfect for this boat.

(Pardon the mess, the only recent photos available)

Once re-powered with a 4 stroke, we are going to list for sale.

In the mean time I figured I'd place it up here to see if anyone wants to make an offer as is, or with the Etec removed.

Feel free to ask for more details

**If you have a clean 4 stroke or Etec, 40-70 for sale, let me know**
