Motor Wanted 115 hp Fuel Injected

had a line on a 2004 115 hpYami that fell through ,
looking for something around $5k ,tough , i know ,
must be fuel injected , prefer Yami , but Suzuki or Etec will work
obviously for $5k it will be older , nothing over a 1000 hrs , no lease returns ,

keep your eyes open for me , on a tight budget on all this...

I've said this quite a few times but I'll mention this again here because it seems like lately there's been quite a few thinking about a Mario motor. I bought a 150 optimax from him and it blew up at 39 hours. He sold it to me with a prop bolted on it for a 4.25 115hp gear case (jack butt!). The other thing that proves to me he dosnt know what he's doing is when you break in an optimax there is a throttle procedure that will put the motor into double oil mode for break in period. Not one mention of this from him. Again, jackass! Lol

Yup, I've been looking at that one too. I have a 2003 yammy f115 that came with my project boat, haven't heard it run. Apparently it needs a fuel pump

I'd much rather a merc then a yammy. Truth is I wouldn't give a motor to a friend unless I was confident it was a good motor, seeing the condition of the boat, I'm not too sure... lol

update , still need a 2002 and up 4 stroke or etec between 115hp and 15ohp now


so , still looking for an EFI ,
missed a gooder or 2 , just didnt pan out with timing, work , , and or location so far ,
will go up to a 150hp now , things have slightly changed lol , 2 foot itis , stay-tuned shes a BEAUTY ,
