Bridgeview is making a 22' with full cabin

Your correct about the scuppers up front for fish box, they’ve got them on port or starboard, work well, drains good.

it is above the water line---to rinse it out without a pump or it has to drain to the bilge. yuk

It was determined that the drawing being referred to was for the centre console version with a cabin sketched on top of it so it still shows the fish box up in the front. Any Bridgeview I have been on has a fishbox drain that goes directly overboard and not into the bilge. They are a complete self bailing built boat from what I could see.

read back and see that, the new cabin has the fish box built in the back not in the floor.
 
Would you feel any differently if the hull didnt drop down at midship? That might be throwing the aesthetic off. I think it makes the cabin appear so tall.
 
On a vessel's profile of this length I feel you have 2 choices, common deck from bow to stern / you need a higher pilot house for head space. have a step down into the pilot house you can drop the pilot house high giving it a better looking profile. both have there pros and cons.
 
well built nice looking vessel, running from the wheel house to the transom to land a fish with out ducking or whacking your head might be worth the high profile for some.

I agree it's probably really well built and very functional and safe.

Adding a pilot house to a small boat seems to be all the rage - I agree, it is ugly. Arima has come out with a 19' Yellowtail pilot house - ugly. The popemobile aint' all that good looking either - sorry @advTHXance :p

Do you think now having the window frames in place made it look taller than this photo did? The eyebrow painted black on the finished version also makes it look different.
