Depends on the motor I believe but pretty much the same. I have a set of 225 sea pro's. They are a detuned v8 were the 225 four stroke is the v6 200 with a different tune. The 200 sea pro has a beefier gear case than the regular 4 stroke. In the v8 sea pro they are essentially the same I believe. Warranty is vastly different. 5 years on the 4 stroke, only 2 year (unlimited hour commercial) on the sea pro.Has anyone looked at the parts list of a seapro vs no reg merc? I'm curious what parts are actually different.
Believe the rpm top end range is lower on the sea pros also but I don’t have one. Just heard through buddy.Depends on the motor I believe but pretty much the same. I have a set of 225 sea pro's. Sold to first guy who came to look at it. I thought it was a fair price but judging by how many responses I got to the add maybe it should have been higher. Oh well it went to a local guy so maybe I will still get to see it on the water.

Believe you are correct. 4600-5600 on the 225 seapro (if memory serves me correct). Can't compare that with the normal 4 stroke but I believe the others reach up around 6000 on the top end.Believe the rpm top end range is lower on the sea pros also but I don’t have one. Just heard through buddy.
My wife just texted with a photo of it saying her " co-workers husband bought it, do I think it's a good boat"! Awesome first boat for them, at least I think it is their first. Hope I don't have to teach them how to catch fish, I got one buddied dialed in but I'm still one buddy behind!Sold to first guy who came to look at it. Looks clean. Engine bay tells ya a lot about how they look after a boat(in my opinion).Diesel Hourston, pretty rare. https://nanaimo.craigslist.org/boa/d/nanaimo-hourston-glascraft-diesel/7289310592.html
What would you know about engine bays?Looks clean. Engine bay tells ya a lot about how they look after a boat(in my opinion).
I’ve poked my head in a few. Wouldn’t know where to start on one however. A clean undercarriage is a healthy one.... If you know what I mean. What would you know about engine bays?
I think that comment needs to go in the What's For Dinner Tonight thread.I’ve poked my head in a few. Wouldn’t know where to start on one however. A clean undercarriage is a healthy one.... If you know what I mean.
Now that’s how you should clean and prepare your boat for sale! It’s even kept in a shelter. I gotta say tho, that is one big engine cover!Looks clean. Engine bay tells ya a lot about how they look after a boat(in my opinion).
Yeah so much better than 90% of the boats listed. that hourston looks like a good deal even for the outboard crowd. Looks like there might be surge brakes on the trailer but a small detail on a boat that would 300-499k new these days and won’t be cheap to maintain anyways. Now that’s how you should clean and prepare your boat for sale! Fished along side that boat on Constance a few times. A beauty, but never saw them catch anythingNot Quite sure what it is about Cats, but I like em
