Who has the best deal on new 60-70hp outboard?

As the title states, looking for a new 60-70hp Outboard. I have a 2006 16ft Double Eagle with a 50hp Yamaha on it that I'm looking at upgrading. With 2 grown men it will do about 20mph, so with fishing Renfrew, Bamfield, Hardy, etc it can make for a longer run. I'm also wanting to take the kids tubing/knee boarding this year.
Yes I know a 90hp would be ideal, but it's more $$.

I don’t know who has the best deal but I think the 70 hp Yamaha would be great on that boat 253 pounds so nice and light and very responsive motor. Every review I have read from people who use them is very positive.

I should my boat is a 16 ft double eagle with a f50 that has been deresricted. No issues with speed and coming up on plane even with 4 aduts
