Locked out

Cannot log on with my Lap Top as a padlock appears there. Tried several times
with no luck. IPad works fine. Need help with Lap Top please.

Make sure caps and num lock are off

If all else fails.....try resetting your password.

As gungadin says....check that. It just really sounds like you are typng in the wrong password somehow.

OS is windows 7. Checked Caps lock.

There is a picture of a padlock between my user name and password.

IPad still works. Maybe because I went hunting yesterday, came home
and logged on to HBC on my lap top?

Did a restart, logged on now with the LapTop.
