Coonstripes

Anyone know where you can trap coonstripes in relatively shallow water around Vancouver? Would be nice to go out and trap some shrimp without the whole hassle of fishing super heavy long strings once in awhile.

Watched this video a few weeks ago. Might give you some ideas even though he is around Victoria. The kids did a good job the video none the less.

I know the coonstripes or sidestripes are in the inside waters of Burrard Inlet.
And the outer harbour has pink shrimp.
How about trying at the Ambelside wharf, at night.?
