Hi Everyone, I recently purchased a 1985 Sangster M14. The boat has no previous numbers on it and the seller never gave me a bill of sale for the boat, but I have the trailer it came on transferred to my name. I was wondering how I go about licensing the boat if it had no previous license number even if I can get a bill of sale from the seller?

You will need to apply for a registration number using this form http://wwwapps.tc.gc.ca/Corp-Serv-Gen/5/forms-formulaires/download/84-0172_BO_PD All the instructions are there. You will also need the Serial number from the rear of the boat. I think they are usually on the right side above the waterline .
