What's for dinner tonight ?

Good old beef liver with bacon, onions, and mushrooms tonight. Sided with perogies of course. We had bacon wrapped tuna medallions last night. I'm going to try that delicious looking bacon wrapped salmon with cheese asap!!!

Everything tastes better with bacon.

This thread needs some new life !
Can't believe this thread is back, one of my favorites.

Watch you got on the menu tonight?

I have been meaning to make a fish stock for my Ramen noodles, but our fish monger in Kelowna sells all the halibut, cod and prawn shells to the local Asian places so I'm looking for ideas on homemade fish stock.

Lamb Shanks

And copious quantities of a Very Fine Red!
To help celebrate the house we just bought ;-)

Cheers,

Venison and Lamb sliders with crispy Cajun Frogs legs, onion slivers, and fries.

I'll say this about the frogs legs, they don't taste like chicken... They taste better than chicken, and have a texture like the best, juiciest chicken wings you have ever had, with better flavor and crispy spicy batter.

Fresh sauteed octopus mantle, with oyster sauce ( that will teach the ******* to raid my prawn trap! ) and BBQed asparagus marinated in soya sauce.

Finishing up the last of my tuna...bring on the new season.... :)
