Ingredients:
1/4 Cup Vegetable Oil 45 Ml
1/4 Cup Soy Sauce light
2 Tablespoons Ketchup ;
1 Tablespoon Vinegar white, wine
1/4 Teaspoon Pepper hot red
2 Cloves Of Garlic crushed (up to 2)

Nice looking casserole, thinking high time for one of my salmon pies...:)

Jerky is simple......

Meat of choice
Rice Roads teriyaki marinade from Costco. Enough to cover throughly.
Fresh grated ginger to taste
Black pepper to taste
Red chillies to taste
Pinch of garlic and onion powder

Mix and refrigerate 1-2 days, rack and smoke for 2-4 hour with maximum air flow, then into dehydrator till finished. Takes about 6 hours depending on thickness of meat.

My Bradley smoker racks fit right into my Excaliber dehydrator making this so easy

Halibut on the BBQ last night, done Mexican style with olive oil and lime/pepper rub, topped with mango-avocado salsa. Then you imagine it's dorado and it's just like being there.
