You can try Jeune Bros Tent & Awnings 570 Johnson st. they do custom marine work... we had a zipper redone to our viynal door flap on our soft top they are pricey but do good work...

Do you mean vinyl or - plexiglass?

I'd be watchin' Used Victoria.com/Buy & Sell etc. for a used beater boat somebody's partin'-out.
