Vacmaster pro350 help

Hello everyone, I am trying to vacuum seal a whole bunch of lingcod and my vacuum sealer is not sucking. All other functions are normal. Took it all apart and checked out all the hoses. Everything was fine. Still No suction. Does anyone Have any good ideas?

Do you have oil in the unit?

On my Sipromac if you don't hold the lid down firmly against the rubber seal until there is enough vacuum to create the suction required to hold the lid down it will shut down and you have to start over.

I didn’t know you had to put oil in the machine. Can you explain where it goes please.

Not sure if the 330 model is close to the 360 but check this link. I hope you have oil in it...not good to run it when dry.

Thanks but that is not the same model I have. There is no oil reservoir

I though being a Vacmaster it was a chamber sealer. Are you using the right bags?

This, make sure your not using chamber bags which are smooth on both sides.
