I will ask Gary and post next week. He did describe his trip as sleep on the boat the first night on the way out to the grounds, there first light and fish all day. Drift on the grounds the 2nd night and fish all day or until tapped out and then back to Westport. You sleep on the boat at dockside the 3rd night and leave in the morning for the ferry home.

Straight loins....

Nothing in the plain tuna batch just loins

Smoked tuna went in the Bradley unbrind for 2 hour, no salt or sugar. Packed into bottles and presurcooked.

Gary fishes on the "Ranger" which is Ocean Sportfishing Charters. His first trip was on the Rampage years ago and in his option is the worst boat in the fleet. Made a few comments about the skipper but also that the head leaked and every time you flushed it ground it up and it seeped onto the floor. It had been like that all season and hadn't bothered to fix it. This was years ago not this season. He says night and day between the two trips. Same boats, same price just way more enjoyable trip and they really care for your fish.
