Trailer insurance question

Buddy of mine has a boat trailer that has never been insured I’m sure
No paperwork anyhow
Is there a legal way he can move the trailer from point A to B?

Pretty sure he will need the VIN # and register with ICBC before he can put it on the road.

What Scott said, it needs a bill of sale to obtain a title and registration then he can get insurance just like a car from icbc.

There’s a way around the bill of sale. I’ve got a document provided by my insurance to navigate it as my trailer is the same situation. I’ll take a pic and attach once I’m back at the office.
