Tofino offshore

If anyone can give me any info regarding the offshore banks off Tofino it would be greatly appreciated. I booked from Aug 13-23 in tofino and was really disappointed when I looked at the regulations. It looks like to keep any really Chin you have to fish offshore. Have hear of Portland, Heisen, Three humps, southwest corner but have no idea where they are. Just got back. Tons of fish around. For good info go to Jay's. Its on the main drag,can't miss it and they are very helpful. They want you to catch fish. The fish move around and lures change. Don't prepare anything until you talk to them. They put me on a nice Hali spot. Inside has great Coho action on the fly, non stop 10- 20 fish on in a day on the fly.
