By the way $13,000 seems to be the magic number for scams on expensive boats. You would think they would get a little more radical with their pricing and mix it up to say $14000 to try and catch a few more sucker fish.

That's probably got something to do with fraud laws in the US. Get caught under a certain threshold and you get a slap on the wrist. Over x and you get life and the chance to share a cell with bubba.
