Come on now Deryk--This has been announced previously--- Its more of the Cons shell game.They did the same thing when announcing improvements to other major hatcheries. Ask the Community Advisors what has actually happened to their budgets that support volunteer SEP projects in the last 10 years....

I agree. The acting CA in Chilliwack is covering the same area recently occupied by 2 CA's, and with less money. For obvious reasons I'm loathe to diss DFO but they are really missing the boat when it comes to community involvement, imo. Hell, communities and their passion for wild salmon is pretty much all we have left.
