Most of my yearly fishing for salmon "WAS" done between the months of May-August. I would usually buy my license at the beginning of May and only fish for the 4 month. This year it will only be the month of August for me.
The reason that I'm posting this is to find out if anyone would be willing to have another on their boat for a couple of Oak Bay Area trolling sessions during August. I do have all the fishing and safety gear plus operators permit for trolling and would be willing to cover some of the fuel cost and bait.
I didn't do to bad at Gonzales point last year but would love to improve my chances to at least be able to feed my family and friends this year.
