I've got for sale a basically brand new Sevylor Fish Hunter. Purchases a few years ago, used 2-3x on the lake and stored indoors since. Sevylor calls this unit a 6 person dinghy but honestly, I've seen the size of some of you dudes and unless you're wanting to get real close -- I'd suggest that for fishing it's a 2-3 person -- perfect for kids and to hit a small lake. It can take up to a 3Hp motor (I don't have the special mounting attachment accessory). The dinghy can fit into a small hockey bag and easily into the trunk of the smallest car. Weighs 22kg (about 48lbs) so easy enough for one person to lift.
