No surprise there, typical when trying to sell stuff. I wont even give out my address until they call me right before there supposed to show up. Just give them the area your in. Or meet them somewhere close by then have them follow you to your place.
When I was selling my double eagle I had someone that sounded real interested no show. Then later that night caught someone on camera coming on my property and checking out the boat and snooping around the front of my property. He was one of the first to call and the only person I gave my address to. Called him the next day and asked if he came by my place, said no. Called him out said I had camera footage and he was the only one i gave my address to. His attitude changed real quick but still denied it. I said come by my place then so i can see that its not you, and he hung up. I told him ill keep the footage and his name and number and if anything happens Ill send all that info to the cops.
