installed cylinder seal kit. purged air. 2 person job. not a complicated procedure. maybe can answer some queries if anyone in the same situation. $110. for kit.

Many of the shops now have a portable 12volt powered unit that bleed the system in a couple of minutes...very slick and fast.

I have a trick I use- Loop the two bleeders with a clear plastic hose. Keep turning the steering wheel until eventually all the air returns to the helm.

I think I need to do that my cylinder seems to be wheeping.

Mine was leaking too. I took it apart and ordered a seal from fluid seal out of Vancouver for 5$. Good to go.

Cheers All...I definitely have a problem as my oil is going somewhere. I am off in the am to see mechanic to diagnose problems and may be contacting some/one of you for some help if it appears to need a seal. I knew I didn't like 'seals' for a reason! haha
