heading there this weekend, any thoughts on where to camp? Kelsey Bay Rv park or the village campground?

Would have thought you'd had a few responses by now. If fishing is your priority, try Kelsey Bay RV. It's right next to a free boat launch which is good for boats up to about 22', maybe a little more if you're careful and wait for high tide, plus there's cheap moorage there, 30 cents a foot. Kelsey Bay RV is not the most picturesque camp site but it has a coin shower, bathroom, hook ups on 3 of 6 sites and easy access to your moored boat. You just have to watch the weather and pull your boat out if there is a strong wind warning (southeast is ok, but I think westerly is the bad one - the lady that you pay for moorage will make you sign a waiver and will tell you for sure) because there's no breakwater, just the pilings from the wharf.

If privacy is more important than fishing, try somewhere else.
