Open an account on www.photobucket.com to host your pictures. You will upload the pics to that site.
Once you have the pics uploaded, you click on the pic that you want and you will see an Image Code on the left hand side or on the bottom; photobucket changes it's layout occasionally but you'll definitely see it somewhere. Click on that and it should automatically copy. Open up another browser session with SFBC and start your thread. Paste the pic into the "message" portion and it should have an
