and in their place they are going to allow purse seining, a method that has been banned from the Columbia R. for decades. the CCA is a joke of a 'conservation' group in the PNW.

should have also pointed out that the ban is only on the oregon side of the river and does nothing to remove the thousands of indian nets above bonneville dam. what a farce this has turned out to be.
