Yes-- quite a few years ago I was given a tour of the Puntledge River by a local hatchery boss We got to the Stoltum Falls , a prime swimming spot and there was a group of good looking young naked women doing cannon ball dives into the plunge pool at the base of the fishway. My guide was really upset.." Look at that !! ( I assure you I WAS looking) -- that is stressing the summer run chinooks !! It has to be closed to swimming !!! " I have to admit my comment of "Fish ?? What fish ?? " Really was not appreciated ! LOL
