night Bite at the island

Took the family out tonight caught biggest fish of the year and a seal grabbed it let it go and and then took off for the bottom never to be seen again. Then 10 minutes later the same thing happened again. Damn seals. This is why i hate fishing Secretary Island!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! But at least we had the opportunity at a decent fish unlike the JDF Derby which was preety quiet except for one 10 pounder.

Bummer,they seem to be getting worse every year as well as spreading there antics to other areas. Look at Whirl Bay this last winter, even the pups were taking fish?

Dang seals - is it against the law to cull em - think we need to do a little culling - but the seal huggers would be on our case in a blink wouldn't they - me thinks its time for a seal season
