Woke up this morning and browsing the forum while drinking my tmorning coffee. Saw your post and jumped on the phone with the seller. 7:45 am and the guy told me that the cash deal was done the night before with a buyer from the Okanagan area!! Thanks for posting the link though. It was a monster deal
