Just cause the court of Canada approves this action by the natives does not make it right. With enough (tax)dollars and high paid lawyers anything can be justified.Look at the crap that gets through the courts and DFO.
We all need to take responsibility for the resource and its conservation. Selling of fish for $$$ is a commercial operation and needs regulation. Greed takes over common sense no matter what color your skin.
